New release and upcoming show!

Releasing on Bandcamp Friday, October 2nd!

I’m excited to share this collection of “First Bite” remixes from three amazingly talented friends.

Dead Cool Remix: When I moved to North Carolina 4 years ago, I quickly discovered Dead Cool, and I was instantly hooked. I had the opportunity to share the stage with them at the 2025 Wilmington Goth Fest, where I performed “First Bite” for the first time. I was extremely flattered that they liked the song, and I was ecstatic when they offered to produce a remix. deadcool.bandcamp.com

Byte Me Remix: I met Raine Vivian back in 2013 when we performed together at Spike Hill in Brooklyn along with Ghostfeeder and Blush Response. I’ve been a fan ever since, and I was waiting for the right song to come along to ask Raine to produce a remix, and “First Bite” felt like the right time. I also thank Raine for updating the halovox logo for this release! rainevivian.bandcamp.com and vhsblack.bandcamp.com

INTER5T4T3 Remix: I’ve known Ross from INTER5T4T3 the longest of all - over 20 years. I appeared on his Simulator album, “Enter The Unknown” in 2002, where we collaborated on 3 songs. He later remixed “Mask” by halovox for the “Retrospect” album. I was thrilled when Ross agreed to produce a remix for this release. inter5t4t3.bandcamp.com

Please check out all of the releases by these amazing artists I am fortunate to call friends.

I am honored to be April Ragsdell's first interview guest. We got together for a casual chat about electronic/synthpop music and miscellaneous collaborations. Watch the interview on YouTube!

Check out two great reviews of "Time Will Tell" and the entire "Undercover 80s Volume 2".

Here's one from AeschTunes!

Here's one from White Lion Radio Podcasts!

Synthetik FM has released their new album, “Undercover 80s Volume 2”, and halovox is honored to be the featured vocalist on the track “Time Will Tell”. The song was originally released by The Twins in 1987 and appears on their album “Hold on to Your Dreams”.

I’m grateful to Bobby Clark of Synthetik FM for inviting me to participate in this project. He produced an excellent remix of “Deception” for the halovox album “Retrospect” and I was very happy to return the favor and sing on “Time Will Tell”. Special thanks also goes out to Michael Kauzlarich of X-Sonic for his production work! Please be sure to check out all of their releases!
