 June 2004
There is good news and bad news about the debut halovox CD. The bad news is that it will be available by the end of July instead of the end of June. The good news is the reason why the release has been delayed - at the last minute, two new tracks were written and recorded! The CD will contain 14 tracks and over 70 minutes of music! The tracks include 12 original halovox songs, a remixed and updated version of "Silent Whispers" and a surprise cover song. The songs were recorded at Music Machine Studio in Hackensack, NJ and are currently being mixed there. All of the lyrics for the CD are now available on the MUSIC/LYRICS page.

Until the CD comes out, check out a new track - "Make Me Yours" and more at SoundClick.

Special thanks to Gabe Preda and Jason Baker of New Music Radio Network and DJ Ed of Flashback Alternatives for their support.

This month halovox releases a remix of "Deception" by A Modern Effigy. Check it out on the MUSIC/LYRICS page. A Modern Effigy is a synthpop/darksynth/darkwave band from NYC. The AME debut album is still on schedule to release sometime this year and promises to be worth the wait. I've heard some of Jeff's work and it is very well produced material that is not to be overlooked. You can also find official AME remixes on Neuropa's "Born", Gebrauche Musik's "Precursor" and Pool Waitress's "Diving Bored". You can find more information on AME by visiting the official A Modern Effigy website or by e-mailing Jeff at info@amoderneffigy.com.

Jeff of AME said, "I've known Frank personally back when he was in BNI, and his solo work is fast becoming very polished. The halovox debut album will surely be nothing short of fantastic, and I'm happy to contribute to this fresh new project. He and his music are definitley poised to make quite an impact on the synthpop scene."

Also new on the MUSIC/LYRICS page are the lyrics for three new songs nearing completion, "Make Me Yours", "Waiting, Watching, Wanting" and "Worthy".

January/February 2004
I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday and a happy, healthy New Year.

Check out a fantastic review of halovox by Culture Asylum Magazine.
Special thanks to Rev. Jayme of Culture Asylum Magazine.

halovox has been busy writing and recording new songs for a full-length CD due out this summer. Until then, I will be sharing some remixes that have been produced of the halovox songs that have been released. First up is the Alan Ray Remix of "Deception" available on the MUSIC/LYRICS page. Alan works out of his home studio in Texas and strives to work as a professional songwriter and/or producer. His influences include Pet Shop Boys, Dead Or Alive, Army Of Lovers, Erasure and Stock/Aitken/Waterman. Alan said, "I wanted to do a remix of "Deception" because it had a great melody and I thought Frank's voice would sound terrific against an orchestral background." You can hear Alan's original works here.

Now that both mp3.com and Electrogarden are gone, halovox can be heard directly from the MUSIC/LYRICS page on this site. Also on the MUSIC/LYRICS page are the lyrics for two new songs nearing completion, "Just Like Me" and "Save Yourself".

Special thanks to the following Live365 stations for their promotion and support of halovox:
